Jack was born into the family business of CMG in 1951. Following the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Jack became Managing Director and Owner of CMG in 1984.
From 1984 to 2010, the CMG business grew to be the industry leader for the manufacture and sales of electric motors in Australia and held major market shares in 8 countries around the globe.
In 2010 Jack sold CMG Engineering Group to Regal Beloit Corporation (RBC) and remained on as President of South East Asia Pacific. In 2011, Jack decided to leave the company to pursue a new career and went on to establish the Jadig Group, a boutique investment and advisory business.
Since 2013, Jack has accepted a number of appointments to private company boards. In particular his role as chairman of the TIC group has enabled him to share his wealth of industry experience and assist with the group’s strategic planning.
In January 2014, Jack was awarded an OAM under the Australian Honors scheme.

Paul is an experienced executive who has worked and lived in Australia, Asia, UK and the US. He was most recently the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Treasury Wine Estates Limited and, prior to this, the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Fosters’ Group Limited. Paul previously held a number of senior management and business transformation roles with Southcorp Limited and MYOB Limited. Paul’s early career was as a corporate lawyer with the international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, where he spent almost a decade in its Melbourne and Hanoi offices.
Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. He is also a graduate of Leadership Victoria’s Williamson Community Leadership Program and a director of a number of not-for-profit organizations.

Michael is Managing Director of TIC Mattress Recycling, a division of the TIC Group which is specializing in the recovery of end-of-life mattresses. TIC Group is a resource recovery and reverse logistics company operating internationally for more than 20 years.
Michael is a lawyer by profession and prior to TIC was partner in a major Melbourne law firm.
Michael has spearheaded TIC’s research and development on world-leading automated mattress deconstruction technology and has tailored systems currently in commercial operation in Europe in order to suit Australian conditions.

Kane studied a Bachelor of Business (Logisitcs) at RMIT. Prior to joining the TIC Group, Kane worked in the meat export industry with a focus on storage and distribution. In 1999 Kane joined TIC group and worked in a variety of roles in the early stages of the Reverse Logistics business. He then went on to start up TIC (Marketing Solutions) which is focused on the management and distribution of Goods not for retail (GNFR) for retailers across Australia.
Kane’s professional development has spanned over 16 years within the TIC Group.

Luke is an accomplished General Manager, equipped with a commanding track record of combining innovative commercial, sales, marketing and management techniques to successfully grow and transform a business. He utilises a balance of creative and critical thinking to anticipate business trends, cultivate solutions to concerns and capitalise on growth and market retention opportunities. He is highly numerate, commercially astute and experienced in establishing and developing an international presence for businesses across EMEA, Australasia, and the Americas.
Luke joined the TIC Group in 2015 from a background primarily focusing on the Healthcare industry.

Lina Goodman is the General Manager Marketing at TIC Group. Lina has more than 20 years’ experience in resource recovery and environmental innovation, bringing together projects and partners to deliver business and environmental improvements that also increase and enhance reputation. Lina started her career at Visy Recycling which spanned 14 years and included roles in Marketing and Sales. Later joining Honeywell, a Fortune 100 company, Lina worked within the energy performance sector. Lina joined TIC Group in 2014; she holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master’s in Business (Marketing). Lina holds a Ministerial appointment on the Advanced Manufacturing Advisory Council, and sits on the board of Resource Equity.
Chief Financial Officer
Siddharth has been a valued member of the TIC Group for more than seven years. He has worked within major international corporations, including Rio Tinto. His education background includes B.Com ( Hons) , CA, CPA, followed by an MBA at Melbourne Business School at University of Melbourne, where he received the Dean’s Award of Academic Excellence.
Siddarth’s close attention to detail and key business acumen has allowed him wide areas of expertise in the TIC Group business, including supply chain & logistics both nationally and internationally.

Sanjay is a valued member of TIC Group since 2008, and has been involved across various activities ranging from Data analytics, Business Development, Implementation and Overseas expansion.
With a Masters in Engineering (Process Design) and dual MBA (Symbiosis India and Melbourne Business School), Sanjay has over 18 years of international experience (Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, UAE and India) in Supply Chain Optimisation, Shipping and Transportation, Multi-Channel Retail, Strategic Business Analysis, IT consulting and Program Management.
